Construction/investment coordination as:

project supervision:

• construction works control –proper execution of works, compliance with the design and regulations,
• settlement of subsequent construction work stages

substitute investor:

• taking over the obligations of a direct investor,
• completing all required administrative formalities,
• representing the direct investor in contacts with third parties, including contractors and suppliers,
• making current financial settlements related to the ongoing construction works,
